    The Seller is registered in the Czech business register.
    The Seller is not a VAT payer, operates in the OSS (One Stop Shop) regime.
    The Seller sells to both consumers and business customers (B2C / B2B).

    2. Definitions

    • Consumer – a natural person purchasing goods outside their business activity.

    • Business customer – entrepreneurs purchasing within their business activity and providing their business ID.

    • Purchase Agreement – created when an order is confirmed by the Seller.

    3. Prices & Payment Methods

    All prices are final.
    Accepted payment methods:

    • Bank transfer

    • Credit / debit card

    • Cash on delivery

    • PayPal

    The goods are dispatched after payment is received (except for COD).

    4. Shipping & Delivery

    Shipping is available within the Czech Republic, the EU, and worldwide.
    Shipping is provided by Packeta / Packeta International.

    Orders are typically dispatched within 1–3 working days after payment.
    Delivery times vary by destination.

    5. Right of Withdrawal (Returns)

    Consumers have the right to withdraw from the Purchase Agreement within 14 days without giving a reason.

    The 14-day period starts on the day the goods are received.
    The goods must be returned undamaged and complete.
    Return shipping costs are paid by the customer.

    Refunds are processed within 14 days after receiving the returned goods, using the same payment method.

    The right to withdraw does not apply to customized or individually adjusted products.

    6. Warranty & Claims

    The warranty period for consumers is 24 months.
    For business customers, warranty conditions follow individual agreement according to product type.

    Complaints are processed within 30 days of submission.
    If a complaint is accepted, the customer may request repair, replacement, or refund.

    7. Personal Data Protection (Privacy)

    Processing of personal data is governed by GDPR and Czech data protection law.
    Data is used solely for processing orders and communication.
    Full details are provided in the Privacy Policy (GDPR) below.

    8. Dispute Resolution

    Consumers may resolve disputes through:
    Czech Trade Inspection Authority – www.coi.cz
    Business customers agree that disputes will be resolved by courts based on the Seller’s registered address.

    9. Final provisions

    By submitting an order, the customer confirms they have read and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
    Terms may be updated without prior notice. The version valid at the time of order applies.
