Distar Butterfly Diamond Blade Ø45 mm — Precision Cutting for Ultra-Fine Work

The Distar Butterfly diamond blade (45 mm) is engineered for jewel-level precision where an extremely narrow cut and perfectly clean edge are critical. With a thickness of just 0.6 mm, it produces an exceptionally thin kerf, making it ideal for delicate work on ceramic tiles and porcelain stoneware (gres). The compact 45 mm diameter ensures excellent control, allowing precise operations in detailed and tight areas.

Unlike electroplated blades, the Butterfly features a full, continuous diamond coating across the entire cutting surface. This provides high rigidity, a stable cutting direction, and consistent performance over time. The solid structure prevents blade deflection and delivers exceptionally clean edges with minimal need for further finishing.

Designed specifically for fine processing of porcelain stoneware—flush plates, access doors, cover panels, furniture elements, and decorative details. Thanks to precise guidance and a narrow kerf, it easily handles detailed shape cuts, adjustments, and final refinements where standard blades fail.

The Distar Butterfly is intended for wet cutting, reducing dust, keeping the blade cool, and extending tool life. The 5.8/3.2–3.0F mounting hole ensures compatibility with specialized holders and guiding systems.
